Westerville's 4th of July parade
Westin Air, Westerville's Hometown Heating and Cooling company, is proud to be a sponsor of the Westerville Rotary Club’s 4th of July parade. The parade will begin at 1 p.m., will move south on State Street through Uptown Westerville and will end at Electric Ave. This will be Westin’s first year to participate in the parade. To stay with the theme of “Fireworks, Friends, and Freedom,” the Westin Air owners, Wesley Shankland and Justin Peters, along with their families and employees, will be passing out ice cold water to the crowd from their patriotic float. The float will feature “Charlie”, Westin’s snowman that made his debut at the Fourth Friday event on June 22nd. The Westerville 4th of July festivities are some of the finest in Central Ohio. The parade will be followed with a number of festivites at the Westerville South High School. Food trucks will be there from 3-10 pm. Various musical acts will be performing from 3:30 – 9 pm, such as the Westerville Symphony, John Reichle, Hurricane Jerry & the Stormfront, and McGuffey Lane. The day will end with some of the best fireworks around at approximately 10 pm. Westin Air encourages all Central Ohio to come out and celebrate “Fireworks, Friends and Freedom” this 4th of July. Hope to see you there!!
