It is possible at night, without higher heat loads such as the sun or outdoor temps, that system may not run as long. Did not find any issues with the system while on site.

Upon arrival the northeast corner system located in the old original basement was turned off. Pastor Jim's description of the noises could not be heard or duplicated during today's two-hour visit however water was discovered on top of, throughout, and in the return air box indicating a air conditioning problem. The 20x25x1 air filter is very dirty but not matted however a combination of a dirty air filter, a frozen over evaporator coil, water on the motor, and undercharge refrigerant could all contribute to erratic blower motor operation After multiple attempts to recreate any furnace noises heard while the air conditioning was not running, a air conditioning running test was performed to identify the source of the water throughout the furnace. Initial run testing discovered the refrigerant pressure is very low running at 55 PSI with 92 outdoor temperatures and 79 indoor temperature. Recharge 31 oz of r422b to achieve 70 & 228 with 16 superheat and 5 subcooling After a short amount

We have used Weston air on several properties and the service is always professional and mechanically well done. The price is fair. What we like is that it’s very realizable,
We have been a customer of Westin Air for four years now and recently had our old HVAC system replaced by Westin Air. They are the most professional HVAC company we’ve ever had with outstanding service and technical excellent. When I had a question about a new sound from our new system when turning on the furnace, Wes the owner personally came to the house to check it out (the sound was normal to the new system). What service! If you have any HVAC needs, call Westin Air.
Service man showed up on time. Found part to be replaced and explained the problem. Also, gave us an overall status of the unit.
They all ways do a good job
My air conditioning stopped working. I called Westin Air and Heating, an LLC company in Westerville, OH. Seth, with that company, came out to diagnose our air conditioning problem. I had previously contacted Rightway, also a local Columbus, Ohio company, who told me my compressor was bad and that they had to order a part. From that point on, they never responded or scheduled a followup appointment. They also never responded to any of my calls, resulting in a lot of frustration. Hence I called Westin Air and Heat on the advice of a friend. Seth identified the problem which was that the compressor was not getting power. He replaced that piece ($118 approx. price vs a new compressor at probably around $1500), and we now have a properly working air conditioning system. Seth was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely recommend Westin Air and Heat any time I can. Can't say enough good things about them!
